2. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. When the website is accessed, technically necessary access data is processed, such as IP address, date and time, requested file, referrer, browser type and operating system. Processing serves secure delivery, error analysis and abuse prevention.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR exists with the hosting provider. Server logs are deleted once they are no longer required for these purposes.

3. Contact form and booking request

If you use the contact form, we process the details entered there: name, email address, optionally phone number, travel period, number of guests, desired apartment, message and privacy consent. The data is used only to handle your request and communicate about a possible booking.

The request is sent by email to the operator and processed there. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual measures and, where required, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR for consent. We store the data until your request has been fully handled and delete it afterwards, unless statutory retention obligations apply or a contract is concluded.

4. Fonts

This website uses the Fraunces and Hanken Grotesk fonts locally within the project. No Google Fonts server or external font CDN is contacted.

Under the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Consent given can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular the authority responsible for Saxony.
